Main Menu Mistake

I have a database set to open a main menu form when the DB starts. I mistakenly set the main menu form to Popup YES and Modal to YES. Now when I open the DB, All I see is blank screen. I think the form is running because when I press TAB and then enter it appears to be opening other forms on the tab control. PLEASE Help. How can I stop the modal or somehow fix this problem?

When you open the database hold down the key. This will bypass the startup options and you can then open the form in Design View and change the Properties.
