There are many things you could add to it but that all depends what exactly you are wanting it to do.
The dates to the RequestT would be a good start.

I'd highly recommend looking through the Access Course List and getting as many as possible.

The Seminars are great as they start from scratch and build a fully working database. I'd suggest the Work Order or Payables Seminar as you could take many ideas from them and build them into yours.
