I am responsible for managing users in Active Directory.  I built an Access DB to do all my tasks. To update my table I use a linked spreadsheet.  I update my linked spreadsheet by using a powershell command.  Every time I pull data from AD it pulls the lastlogondate as date and time.  I have to report the days since the last log on.  The data as date and time leaves me with a day with decimals due to the date/time data.  I can change the date/time to date in the linked spreadsheet, but the date/time attribute is hidden.  When Access calculates the days since last logon, I get a decimal result.  The only way I can resolve this is to copy all the dates from the linked spreadsheet into a text file, then recopy the dates into a new column in the linked spreadsheet.  Is there a better way to pull data from AD into Access?
