This is the error message. Im sure it has to do with read and write privileges, but do not know how to set them.

I have bad news for you.  If you put an Access database on the Winhost server, only the server has access to it, you don't.  You can't link to an Access DB at Winhost by putting "linked tables" on your navigation pane the same way you can link to an Access backend at your office.  Only the Winhost server can access the Access DB.  To control the server, you need to write program code that runs on the server, which means you need to create a web interface.  You put that web interface on Winhost, and that would be the only way the user can use that Access data.

Winhost advertises "Access database hosting" on its home page which is kind of misleading.  Yes, it can host it, but with the (severe) limitation I mentioned above.  It is not exactly dishonesty, because it is pretty well-known that Access isn't designed for Internet connectivity.

If you need to put linked tables on your navigation pane and have those tables actually link to data on Winhost, you need to switch to SQL Server.  Access can connect to an online SQL Server database via ODBC.  But it can't do the same to an online Access database.

In ODBC setup, to connect to an online Winhost database, it needs an Internet domain name in the form of xxx.winhost.com (circled in the picture below).  SQL Server can be referenced with such a domain name, but Access can't.  And that's in a nutshell why this can't be done with Access.

Kevin. Thank you.  I have been using an SQL database all along, not Access on the server.  I solved the problem by deleting the OLEDB Conecction and creating it again.   Thank you for your insight
