The best place to start any journey is the beginning OR in this case Access Beginner 1. (FREE)
Get the basics down and add on as you go.  Access really isn't a program you can just jump into and do "good enough" like Word or Excel.  You simply must learn to crawl before you can run.
Yeah it will take some time learning but you will be glad in the end.
