I know how to set a control to enabled on the condition of another control on the same form, but how do I control what is enabled or visible on another form?  For example, in the database I am building, a driver that is Owner operator will need access to buttons for certain cash expense forms that company drivers won't even need to see, and visa versa, (company drivers needing cash reimbursement forms instead).  I would like the have the correct buttons visible and enabled depending on which option is chosen in the Employment table. Is this even possible?  I have this same question about my own valleyloads database, only in this one I need to set it up so that the completed butting on the trip form is disabled unless all connected loads have been completed.
