Scroll not working

I have a main form with two unbound subforms. When the subforms are opened just by themselves the vertical scoll works fine with the mouse wheel. However, the scoll function does not work when the main form is open with the two subforms. I assume it's related to the fact there are two subforms on the main form. Is there any vba that can activate when the mouse is hovering over the subform to make the scroll work?

You are probably going to need to supply some additional details, including some screen shots.

Richard showed us a side by side form in Developer 21 (which I have) and it "just works" no code, no special settings.

1. Are you sure there is enough data that you would need the scroll?
2. Is Vertical Scroll enabled / turned on in the properties for each subform in the main form?
3. Are the 2 subforms related in a way that would be limiting each other?
