I would suggest setting the database on a company server if that is available to you.  I noticed that 599cd.com has a course with a free preview that explains how to do this.  Try this link:

You could set the form as a webpage also hosted on your company server and all the data will be saved in a access database file on the server.  You could set it on a company intranet (intranet is only accessible within a company network) or make internet accessible.
