Hi All, I'm new to the site and kind of new to Access (Sorry!)

I have trying to find a solution to the following for the last 4 days but I'm at the banging my head against the wall stage now so hopefully someone can assist.

I have a continuous form created from a reduced dataset of the main table that I need to filter down using 3 types of criteria. One called ACP (location Field) Exam Type and Status. All of these have their own table feeding the main sheet.

Could anyone assist or even point me in the right direction on this please before my sanity disappears lol
