How do you widen the text box (the one circled in red)? When I hover my mouse over the text box or click it, there is no double arrow that I can drag to widen the text box.
Adding some spaces changes the title but it doesn't widen the text box. If the text box is 5 characters long and I want to expand the title to 15 characters, I can type it but the text box only shows the first 5 characters. The rest of the characters are only visible if I go back to the form view.

You could delete the Chart Title and add a Label (or Text Box) ABOVE the chart.
Then you would have complete control over all the formatting for that control.
