Doesn't Plex have an export function just to get info?

I believe Plex has third-party plugins that can export data to a universal format like CSV.  I haven't had experience with Plex unfortunately.  I've also created a movie collection database with Access for my thousands of movie discs, but without involving any other movie-cataloging tools like Plex, Collectorz, DVD Profiler, etc.  I've tried them all, but none was fully satisfactory.  So I made my own movie-cataloging tool with Access.

P.S. Movie-cataloging tools are, in general, dying, because sales of physical movie discs are declining, and those who bought digital movies don't need cataloging tools because they have online "libraries" of their purchases.  So it may be prudent to create your own movie-cataloging tool, because you don't know how long commercial tools like Plex and others will last.  IMDb used to let you create your own movie catalog, but the service was scrapped long ago.  The popular movie-cataloging site DVD Aficionado was discontinued years ago.  For PC, DVD Profiler was once a popular tool, but its user base is declining.

I have never used Plex.
