Hello.  I am trying to run a list of potential clients against a list of existing clients (like a disruption report), so my first thought was to pull the data into access and run an unmatched query.  I used the wizard BUT every single time I run the query the output contains clients that ARE in the network instead of those who are not.  My first thought was maybe there are white spaces, so I went and trimmed the data on the field that I am matching on- in both files - and reran it, but again - the output is the same and does not contain unmatched items.  IF I try and create a small example file - like a list of animals and compare it to another example list of animals, the query results are as expected - spitting out only those in list one that do not appear in list two.  What am I doing wrong that I cannot get the correct results using my client files.  Please help.
