My company's marketing manager would like to add two things to our Outlook messaging.  
1) Right now, each person has their own, individual signature which also contains the company logo.  Every time a new person is hired, or there is a change to the logo or legal lingo, our marketing department needs to change all of the signatures, one at a time.  Can you add one ole object and/or text box that can be changed just one time,but be included in everyone's emails?
2) Another idea is to create a field for the message of the day.  Again, the marketing director would like to change this once, but it would be included in all company emails.
Is there a way to modify the header or footer?  Could we, possibly add an additional subject line that would be universal?  All of your solutions would be greatly appreciated.
