I have a Employee Record.  At the top of each record are buttons that will take them to another form that is the same tied to the key.
Each employee has an Accesses Button, Administrative Button and Requests Button.
On the Requests Form (continuous) it lists the Employee Name (combo box), Employee number, Request Date, Number, Description.
When I open the form, it sorts by the ID.  I want it to sort by the Request Date.
However, when I try to make a change to the individual Requests Form, it also makes the change to the main request form that has ALL of my employees on.

How can I sort the individual form, without making changes to the main Request Form?
