Open Single Window Hyperlink

I posted this earlier but it did not stay online.If I go to another record and click the hyperlink button, a new window pops up for Google Maps.

Assuming Google maps is already open, is there a way, maybe within the hyperlink command, to just go to the new record pin location in the same window?

Is there a difference in the command if Google Maps is not already open?

Yes. I dont see it in forums. I deleted it due to typos and resubmitted it and it was approved. My issue is with both google maps and google earth opening rather than updating an open window.
