Cover letter with each report

We send a purchasing report to each customer every year. Would like to have a cover letter for each (previously we mailed and had to hand inset a letter). Where would the cover letter go in the form set up. Would also like to renumber each report so the number corresponds to what each customer would get, not the entire mass. And finally, would like the ability to email each single report to the corresponding customer. Any tips?

We dont print forms we print report. Make your cover letter just like a report insert your fields that you will like and save it as Coverltr
and then do your batch print by calling the cover leter then your report.
DoCMD.openreport "CoverLtr", acpreview,,,acnormal
DoCMD.openreport "ReportName", acpreview,,,acnormal
This will print both this can be done in one command button
