Im creating an inventory database. Each time I remove an item I want to bring up a new on screen form or query I can enter data into for the removal information. The form/query needs to append a new record each time something is removed for a specific item (append) and needs to track a date, how many of the items were removed, who removed it, why, and comments. Then I need the main form to recalculate how many are left each time.
