Are the words always separated by a space?

Check out Find Duplicates for some ideas.

I would first separate the words into their own fields using String Functions, then use Composite Keys VBA.

Since you're a developer, you might also want to check out this post

Split up the words and store them in an array with the Split() function.
Sort the words in the array alphabetically with the "bubble sort" technique (which is usually taught in early BASIC classes).
Put the sorted words back together again with the Join() function.  All three entries will become identical: "glue sealant silicone", thus indicating duplicates.

Bubble sort needs about 5-10 lines of code, and it is the easiest sorting algorithm to program for: you compare item #1 with #2 to last, then compare #2 with #3 to last, #3 with #4 to last, and so on, so that the "bubbles" (the lowest items) keep rising to the top.
