1 Record 2 Tables

I have built a totally fictious database for a package delivery company. Everything on the form including the buttons works just fine.

I have set up a way to print a label as well. Using the print barcodes video as a model, the one thing I cant figure out how to do is after printing the label, and using the delete table mentioned in the video, is how to keep on original entry for the record. I have tried creating 2 tables, one with the main name and one with the delete table name for the tables. It all works, but I dont want to wipe out the original record.
Any ideas?
Thank you!
