I have a form "AssemblyGroupF" that list various assemblies that are part of a group in a continuous subform, similar to how Richard has the Product Groups on the OrderF in Developer 25. I added a "Show" checkbox field in the continuous subform so that the user could have that particular assembly listed with the description of that Assembly Group if they want. How might the VBA look with this? I started writing it and realized I needed to possibly do a recordset loop to lookup each "Show" field Boolean value and then somehow have the Assembly Name added to a string that gets attached to the end of the Assembly Group Name: Example, if any records in the subform
has the "Show" checkbox checked then "CustomName" = "AssemblyGroupName" + ":" + "AssemblyName" + "AssemblyName".... for however many Assemblies Checkboxes got checked. Here is a snapshot of the form.
