Hi Richard!

Did microsoft install an autocomplete feature on Access???

I tried to enter VBA code as an On Current Event Procedure on my form. While typing, I noticed my spaces were being undone, and it was even adding an extra " on its own.

Has this happened to you?

And also, if I paused while typing the code, the text font colour became red.

Sounds like you have a Timer in your form. If so, make sure you're not in Form View when writing your code.

Hi Kevin! I used to have a Timer, but I removed it a long time ago. But sometimes I do notice a flicker on my screen (like when a timer countdown reaches 0). Is there anything else in Access that can cause a screen flicker, other than a Timer?

When you removed the Timer event, did you reset the Timer Interval back to 0?
