There are a few things you can try if you're getting the "System resource exceeded" error when trying to import an Excel file into Access.

- Check your system resources. Make sure that you have enough free memory and disk space to import the file. You can check your system resources by opening the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) and looking at the Memory and Disk Usage columns.

- Close any unnecessary applications. If you have a lot of applications open, it can use up system resources and prevent Access from importing the file. Close any applications that you're not using and try again.

- Use a smaller Excel file. If the Excel file is too large, it can cause the "System resource exceeded" error. Try reducing the size of the file by deleting unnecessary rows or columns.

- Use a different file format. If you're still getting the error, try exporting the Excel file to a different format, such as CSV or TXT.
