I am looking for the video series that will guide me through picking an inventory item from my inventory list to populate an orders table. I also want to maintain and track inventory transactions.
Please let me know where I can find this information. I would like to get this portion of my database project up and running ASAP.

Hi Eric.

Picking an item from a product table and adding it to your invoice is covered in the extended cut for Invoicing and continued further in Access Expert 22.

Tracking inventory (stock levels, in/out) is a lot more complex. I cover it briefly in Inventory and then in more depth starting with Access Developer 23 but these lessons build on a lot of the previous lessons, especially Access Developer 16 which covers Recordsets.

It's very hard to do inventory properly without a significant amount of VBA coding. I'd suggest taking at least the first couple Developer lessons before attempting inventory. Watch those TechHelp videos first. I go into more detail there.
