Rich, I just took a look at the updated Northwind database examples, and I can't believe the engineers at Microsoft wote tons of VBA example code, all WITH LIMITED COMMENTS.

Sheesh, what's the point of writing EXAMPLE Subs and Functions if you don't add exhaustive comments as to what they're doing.

In my job as a Sr. Software Design Engineer I was required to comment almost every line of code in my programs with the intent that in the future somebody who knows nothing about the code could maintain it.
