The new Northwind database catches my eye with its completely customized ribbon, which even has a "most recently used" list (MRU). This involves tons of VBA coding, and the ribbon is made from XML codes stored in a hidden table (see pictures). This is a bit advanced even to me.

This is Microsoft's help document on how to create custom ribbons with XML: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-a-custom-ribbon-in-access-45e110b9-531c-46ed-ab3a-4e25bc9413de I would rather create an Access form with buttons than go through this.
