I have an Access database that is a front end for an Oracle database. I have queries that look for common typos in the data and I regularly run them and send the results to the data entry people for correction. I've recently grouped them by type on forms, each query a sub-form in that group. The issue I have is that when I copy from Access to Excel (to send to the data entry people) the columns are in a different order. I only have this with two sub-forms. If I copy from the query, it isn't an issue. How can I fix this without having to open the query? TIA, Monica
