Web browser control

I have a form with a web browser control that I use to view pdf files, photos, etc for documents related to specific customers. Can you view an excel document in a web browser control?  I just want to be able to view it like the other files.  Currently, the link opens the document in excel.  Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I tried to open an Excel file on the actual Edge browser and couldn't even do that.  Yes, I also tried opening it in the new Edge Browser Control in Access, and it also didn't work.  So unless we can do the former, the latter isn't likely to work.  Even if you go into Edge settings -> Downloads -> enable "Open Office files in the browser," you still can't open them in Edge.  You may have better luck just using the Excel app to view Excel files.  If you must use a browser, upload Excel files to OneDrive, then use OneDrive on your browser.

Thanks for your feedback guys.  I think I am going to keep it as is for now.  It works fine the way it is, I just didn't like it opening in excel.  I tried the Ole object but wasn't what I wanted either but I think I am going to continue working with it to see if I can make it work. Thanks again for the feedback guys!
