Cascading combos dont work

Hello! I've been using the instructions for creating cascading combo boxes and they work great. I have two forms I use them on. I recently setup a "Main Menu" type of form which I modeled after the new Northwind 2.0. I setup command buttons to open each of my forms, and suddenly I'm getting an "Enter Parameter Value" prompt for the cascading combo boxes. Opening the same form outside of the main menu - it works just fine. The only VB Code I'm using is an OnClick event on the command buttons to open the form. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

"Edit - Forgot to mention this is NOT a continuous Subform.

Hi Nicole I believe that when you introduced the Main Menu your code is now NOT looking at the parent form because you changed it to the Main Menu. See if you can isolate exactly where the error is occuring. Try a compile to find it and post it John

Try this syntax when referring to a field the form displayed in the Subform object: `Forms!ParentFormName!SubformObjectName!FieldName` This video may also help. Value From Subform
