Sum based on a Like keyword

I have a report that i would like to be able to sum the number of times a word is used in a notes field. on each sales call i enter notes in a notes field. If the call is a cold call, i start off the note with the word cold. I want to be able to sum the number of cold calls i have made. Any assistance is appreciated. I want this to be a calculated field in the report footer.

Just a thought.  I don't know how many notes records you might be searching, but you might want to consider adding a "CallType" field that is not in the notes.
Long text fields can be a pain to search through and can be slow (in my opinion).  Much easier to search on a Short Text field.

Something like:

CallType
1    Cold Call
2    Follow Up
3    Current Customer
4    Misc

Much easier to classify the calls and group in your reports or searches that way IMHO.
This is something that could very easily be added to a Helper Data
