charges and deposits in a form

I watched the video "missing values" and added charges and deposits to my order form which work very nicely (with math edits on my form), thank you. I would like to add these fields (Deposit amounts and freight charges to the invoice report either in the report footer or page footer area along with a grand total field. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

I am mostly focused on getting the grand total in the report footer area (sub total minus deposits plus freight charges) I already have those fields in the form detail area and they work very well. I am just unable to get the grand total field to show the correct total in the page footer or report footer.

First: Your totals need to be in the Report Footer (you will get an error in the page footer) Second: Can you post some images of what you have tried and of any errors you have received.

Thanks Kevin, that was my problem. I was trying to get those numbers in the page footer and moved the fields to the report footer and now it is working fine. Thanks again.
