What analysis are you wanting to perform?

data stored in Access versus policy documents in another file - for example a law firm stores data relating to cases in Access and AI then points to legal documents in the other file/location that may be relevant to a specific case and provide an overview.  Hope that make sense thanks.

Power Apps has an "AI Builder" that can do advanced "text recognition."  According to the page https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/ (scroll down), text recognition consists of "categorize text by its meaning" and "recognize specific info about your business data."  Those seem like what you need.  I trialed Power Apps recently, but unfortunately didn't try AI, and my trial just ended.  Power Apps is an database application front-end builder like Access (with combo boxes, forms, text boxes and everything), but it has more advanced features like Internet connectivity and AI, and it uses a different coding language.  You can link data from Access and SQL Server within Power Apps, but Microsoft wants you to use its own storage service called Dataverse, aka. Common Data Service (CDS).
