Dave, you can use one table for all guests. Have a field which is of Yes/No type for IsMain. Also have a field which is of Long Integer type for GuestOf. When you fill in a form for a guest, if they are the main guest, then have IsMain set to yes, otherwise set to no. For GuestOf, use a combobox to put the ID number of the main guest into the box to show you who this guest is a guest of. If this guest is the main guest, you could either put their own number in the box (recommended), or leave it blank, depending on your preference. Then you could have a subform on the main guest form showing all of the guests of the main guest, linked by main guest ID.
