Barcode Labels
David Clement

I don't understand what I am doing wrong with my Barcode Labels.

I have adjusted the font size many different time to get what I need but it still prints two labels unless I leave it at the settings as seen in my sample.
I really would like the font along the bottom to be a bit larger.
MyBarcode is from Access
ExcedeBarcode is from my company's system.
I think mine is better except for the seemingly non adjustable font size without printing on two labels.
Thank you.

Sounds to me like you are trying to fit 2 gallons in a 1 gallon bucket.  The second label is spill over because the information you have doesn't fit in the label you have.

So you either have to reduce the fonts so that the info fits on the label or you need a larger label.
Labels in conjunction with differing printers are very finicky creatures.  It really is a matter of trial and error until you get it right.

Check your margin settings and column settings.

The readable portion of the barcode is usually kissing the bottom of the barcode, as shown below.  Your readable seems too big and may be taking up too much room, causing the overflow to the next page.
