what is the difference between these 2 types of outlooks do both of them work and how do I set it up

The one on the left is Windows Mail. The one on the right is Microsoft Outlook that comes with Office. Use Outlook. It's much better than the free version of Mail that comes with Windows. And I'm not sure that anything that I show in any of my lessons works with Windows Mail.
