Hi, I have problems with the grid, I have set it up and also see it on the from - report but with the placement of the fields it does not snap to the grid. in the movies Richard can always place it so beautifully. I don't understand these to the grid? Do I need to change a setting somewhere or something ????
Richard isn't perfect at aligning things to the grid either. ( I know hard to believe right? )
He does make it look easy because he's done it so long.
If you watch enough of his videos, you will see and hear him complain about Access not aligning to the grid when you add objects.
Just one of his items on a long list of things for the Microsoft team to fix.
Then you will also see where he says to select all of the objects, Right Click --> Size to Grid, Right Click --> Align to Grid.
