I tried to post in the other forum, but not having any luck having issue seen. I watched the update/change records import data video, but I'm not having any luck. I am trying to review changes across multiple fields of data (depicted as <>[TBL]![field] but it is not showing me any new data that I've added to existing data. (Ie say I didn't have someone's email, but now I do, I add the missing table in the linked table cell) vs i know how to get it to show me brand new things that I don't even have in my records. When I review through my query, it only sometimes shows me what's been changed. Ie if I misspelled an email and correct that, it will show, but if I've made changes to more than one field, it won't, or if I add an email to an empty cell it sometimes shows that but other times not). I thought maybe I had to tell it to show me changes in this criteria and/or the data is different in this other field.

I can't discern why it sometimes works but then doesn't. I work with thousands of datasets so I can't have a review/update query not be applying everywhere it needs to apply.

I have tried playing with join types and still nothing/ I'm doing something wrong.

How can I get in real time help?
