Keep the APIs Coming

I've been playing around with APIs and Access lately. For work, the scheduling software I use to schedule my department recently implemented a read-only API. A write API is in progress which I'm excited for. I found code to parse JSON, since that's the format they send, and put it into a collection. It worked very well to gather that information (which was a month at a time of scheduling information for multiple people).

More and more sites are having APIs available. It's great stuff. Keep it coming! :)

Glad you like it. Which JSON code did you end up selecting? I've looked at a couple of them and was thinking about writing my own. I know Alex sent me a link a little while back that he liked, but I can't find it. LOL.

I got it from a YouTube video from someone explaining importing JSON to a table from an API.

The link where he gets the code from has changed a bit (Google Code Archive), so it's not right there on the page to copy. I just downloaded his database, that he linked to, and got the code that way.

I got the code Alex linked to. I'll have to dive into that and see what differences there are between the two codes/methods. Thanks Alex!

Let me know if you would like me to copy the code that I found, here or somewhere else, so you can take a look at it. Also, let me know if you would like more info on the video.

Sure... if it's not too large, you can post it here... If it's public domain, of course.

You could always put it on GitHub in a Repo if it's large or a gist if it's a single file, just add attribution :)
