Update a form with graphs

I have a Mainmenu/form with several graphs embedded. I would go to another form by clicking a button, then i would update some numbers which influences the graphs in the mainmenu/form. How do i secure the graphs is updated with the new values ?

i have tried :

Private Sub Form_GotFocus()
Me.graphname.Requery
Me.Refresh
End Sub

without any result - graphs will not update until i click on them.

Use the Close event of the Form you are updating the data on. `Forms!MainMenuF!ChartName.Requery` Or to make the change when the field is updated (without having to close the form) `Me.Refresh Forms!MainMenuF!ChartName.Requery`

I would like the graph to be updated when i return to the Main menu. Each of the graphs get the data from queries, one query for each graph. Would the main menu get focus automatically when i close the form in which i entered data ?

It worked with form event "Activate" and then requry every graph.
