I have a car rental company and saving hundreds of contracts is a lot of paperwork, I have tons of boxes just taking up space. Is there a way that I can email or text a copy of the contract in access to the customer and then they can e-sign it on there phone and send it back so I can now save there contract in the computer.

The Adobe Reader free app has the "fill and sign" feature (see picture below), and so does the mobile app version. So you need to convert your documents to PDFs and email them to your users and have them e-sign on their apps. Access can send email with the PDF attachments via VBA if you need that automated. This site should have videos on that. The most time-consuming thing is probably scanning all your documents from paper to PDF.
