Use Access 2019. I have two tables. Accts_HT and NDTSB1_T.   Also Have a form, NDTSB1_F with both table fields in form.

They are Linked IDA to AccNum.  Only Include Records were both are Joined.  

1. The form has an Image field, FlagImage.  
2.I have a folder with a Jpg Images.  The images are located in the C:\Users\Public\Present Database\Documents directory.  
3.On the form NDTSB1_F the field [Flag] has that address and the Flag name.  ie, NZFlag.jpg loaded in it.
4.How do I use that to Place the flag image into the Image Field named FlagImage on the form?
