I built a very nice, fully featured bulk email app using Access that I would like tested for bugs and any serious limitations. If you need something like this, post a reply, and I will give you a copy at no charge in exchange for feedback. (Be sure to tell me what you would use this for!) I am offering the compiled (accde) edition and will provide free updates for as long as you want. Thank you!

An email app is a must-have tool if you repeatedly send the same message to multiple recipients. This version is built using Microsoft Access and has robust features. Can it segment recipients into groups? Absolutely! Additionally, recipients can belong to multiple groups. Can it import a long list of recipients from an Excel spreadsheet? Yes, it can! Moreover, it allows you to store custom field information about recipients. That's not all; you can also search a log of recipient email history, which is a significant advantage.

Check out the images included here and reply if you have any questions.

Hi Jennifer
I would like a copy of the accde.  I have a dog breeding database which I designed myself.  I send bulk emails from time to time to existing clients and I'm curious to see how your app does it.
I will, however, have to link it to my existing client data table.

Hello Ina! Thanks so much for your interest.

This zip file contains both the accde file and an Excel spreadsheet formatted to help import recipient names should you want to do that. This is a link to my shared One Drive folder: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AgIs_b2PylcngtFjBCblJWroSrSTiQ?e=xgiJ5f. You will see that "help" has been included in the app, but if you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

If you find any bugs or have other comments, please add a document or text file to the shared drive and let me know to look at it. You are just the sort that my app intends to help; I am excited to get real-world feedback!

A "ReadMe.txt" file is now in the shared folder on my One Drive, where the zip file is stored. It contains a personal message to anyone interested in trying this app. Thanks!

My app has been upgraded to a new version and rebranded. A Word document with the details of the changes is included in the zip file on my One Drive. The One Drive link is https://1drv.ms/f/s!AgIs_b2PylcngtFjBCblJWroSrSTiQ?e=xgiJ5f. I want to get some feedback on my work. Any comments would be appreciated!

I need help.  I have run into this problem and I do not know what to do.  I have Access 365 and Access 2010.  However for this template and others I can not open them because I get an error code saying,
This database was created in a 64 bit version of Microsoft Access. Please open with a 64 bit version of Microsoft Access.  WTF does that mean?  HELP

Thank You Kevin but that is too complicated and I don't want to mess up my computer.

Yes please I would like a copy. I am a sales rep, this would come in handy as I have multiple bulk e-mailings on a regular basis.

Thanks in advance!

John, the app can be downloaded from here: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AgIs_b2PylcngtFjBCblJWroSrSTiQ?e=xgiJ5f. If you need support or want to talk about using the database, I can be reached via email at [email protected]. I would be glad to hear from you.
