Tables and Forms

Good morning, Richard.
I am busy creating a database for a Plumbing Workshop with an Inventory table and Orders table. Each supplier has its own continuous form which lists all the inventory items supplied by that supplier.  From the inventory form a person can select all the items that needs to be ordered and it is added to the Order table with the New Order button. When the button is clicked the date, company name and order number is automatically added to the Order Form and the Order Form opens. The email address is also added to the Order table. When the Process Order button is clicked it automatically stores the Order Form in a Folder on the computer and opens Outlook Email with the supplier's email address included and the Order Form attached. The problem I experience is that not all the items selected in the form's checklist in the Supplier's Inventory Form gets added to the Order Table. It always adds one less than the actual count selected. I am including the link to the database and would appreciate it if you can have a look and see what is wrong where. The database opens in the Main Menu from where you select the company. When a company is selected it opens the Inventory Continuous Form. Not all the companies have all their Inventory Forms yet, so some might not work. Thank you very much.

Why are you creating separate Inventory Forms for each company? Create one and add it as a Subform to the Customer/Company form.

Also, if applicable: Too Many Tables.
