I'm starting to learn VBA and found a code snippet to loop through a recordset.

Do I need to include a reference to some library?

I get compile error: Expected user-defined type, not project on the line "Dim db as Database"

Sub FirstTime()
Dim db as Database
Dim rst as Recordset

Set db = CurrentDb
Set rst = db.OpenRecordset("Orders")
Do Until. rst.EOF
Debug.print rst![Order Date]
rst.MoveNext

rst.Close
Set Db = Nothing
