I tested the emailing of a letter in Access. I got a message to set up Outlook. I accomplished that without a problem. I sent an email with an attached letter to several of my email accounts, including Gmail, Hotmail, and my website Vets4life.org. No email made it to any of the addresses. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? I can always just download a PDF and send it through my webmail.

Was this just via code? Through the Outlook app, as a popup where you click send? Is there anything in your outbox?

Hi, How about posting your code. Did your message about outlook relate to you not having outlook installed initially?

I found the emails in the outlook outbox. Which code do I need to show?

If you send an email only in Outlook (no Access involved) does it work?

If the emails are in your outbox, that means they were never sent. Sent emails should be in the "Sent" folder instead. If emails are stuck in your outbox, that usually means the first email in the queue couldn't be sent, so the rest weren't sent either. Delete the unsendable email (maybe it has the wrong send-to address), and the rest should be sent out when you sync your mail again.
