RSBOF OR RSEOF Question

Hi My friends:

in the recordsets lessons, i have a confused about the RS.BOF & RS.EOF, if the RS.BOF=true,do it mean it includes the first recordset or not. i know in the reasult, it does not include the first record, but my feeling said to me, it is the beggining of the file, so it includes, who can fix my confused in my brain, any replies will be thankful

The BOF marker is before the first record in the Recordset. The EOF marker is after the last record in the Recordset. BOF -- FirstRec -- Rec2 -- LastRec -- EOF

So. . . a loop that continues Until [EOF] will NOT move beyond the Recordset's final record.

Gregory, if you loop till you get rs.EOF you have moved past the last record so this is when you break out of the loop. You have processed all the records in the table.
