Hello everyone, trying to create something, not sure how to do it.  Maybe someone could help.
I work in a medical setting.  Each day, people have one of four procedures, each requires a specific consent form.
The patients info is entered into Excel the night before.
For the day's procedures, I want to be able to go thru and select which procedure(s) the patient is having then print all the consent forms for everyone all at once.
Hope this makes sense.
