I have two forms in Access. Operator enters the information into Form 1 and the data is automatically transferred to Form 2 which is printable. I have a Checkbox on Form 1 that the operator will check.

How do I get the Corresponding checkbox on Form 2 to automatically check, once the operator checks the checkbox on Form 1?

Assuming: Form1 Checkbox1 Form2 Checkbox2 Control source on CheckBox2 = Forms!Form1!Checkbox1
