Quick Access Toolbar Labels

One of the old computers on my network is running Windows 10 Pro (version 22H2). The Quick Access toolbar customize panel does not have an option to show the toolbar labels. Is there a workaound for this?

OK - I have anwered my own question and thought I'd post this in case anyone else has this problem.
I could not fix this problem from within Access BUT Excel provided a solution. At the top right of the Excel window, click the "bullhorn" icon (see image). Turn Visual Refresh Preview ON. Close Excel. You Access Quick Access Toolbar should now have text labels AND the Customize the Quick Access Toolbar pane should now show the option to turn the labels off and on.
