Rich, it wasnt null as I look closely on the outcome I noticed consistency of why it is going to the next column.

OMG! The customer name has a "," comma.
For example:
ABC, LLC
the ABC falls in the right column then the LLC goes to the next column.

The culprit is the comma.

The only I can think of is to go directly to the TABLE and do a Find and Replace

Is there other way of doing this in code level so I do not harm the name of the customer?

Try enclosing the listbox items in double-double quotes:

CADHrList.AddItem rs!WorkLogID & ";""" & rs!CustomerName & """;"

This will get translated into:

1;"ABC, LLC";
