Schedule Recurring Events
James Hopkins

Hey Richard, I have a Schedule Form that I use to schedule Events like: To-Do, Maintenance, or Meetings. Trying to figure out what is best way set up an Recurring Events or Frequent of Events. I seen the Appointment and Next Appointment Tech Help Videos. Where you used a field on the Form to calculate the next appointment date.

On my Schedule Form, I have an Frequency Combo Box that I can select if: Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly. Text Box to enter the Number of: Days, Weeks, Months, or Yearly; between Events. A combo box to select the Day of the Week, select the Day of the Month or select the Month; to start the Event on.

Should I create another Table for the Future Scheduled Dates for the Event(s)? Is there a better way to generate the Future Scheduled Event Dates and display on an "Weekly" and "Monthly Calendar"?

Alex, I rewatched the "Next Appointment Tech Help Video" show how to set the Number of Frequency and how offer. I am trying figure out how to set the frequency of the Appointment if 'Days, Weeks, Months, or Years' using Combo Boxes and set if Weekly: "First, Second, Third, or Fourth Week" or "Every Number of Weeks". If Monthly: "First, Second, Third, or Fourth of Week of the Month" 1st Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, 4th Day, 5th Day and so on', or "Every Number of Months" using Combo Box. Guys, is there a way to get these done?
